BETWEEN 18 (born in 2005) AND 39 (born in 1984) YEARS OF AGE

*SENIOR CATEGORY:
 40 (born in 1983) YEARS OF AGE AND OVER
 

TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN THE TOURNAMENT
1-Team roster (attached).

2-Health Report from a Family Physician or a Personal Undertaking stating no health issues (a sample can be obtained from the Administration) 3-ID Photocopy.
They must submit complete application files comprising these documents.

TOURNAMENT PROCESS
 APPLICATION DATES: Applications will commence on Wednesday, 21/06/2023, and conclude on Monday, 10/07/2023, at 17:00.  APPLICATION FILES:

Application forms can be obtained from the officials at the 1st-floor office located within the Sports Hall, which houses the Finike Municipality Directorate of Sports Affairs, and complete application documents can be hand-delivered to the same office until the final application day. Applications lacking a health report, undertaking, or ID photocopy will not be accepted.

DRAWING OF LOTS: Will take place on Monday, 10/07/2023, at 17:30 in the Finike Sports Hall.

Technical Meeting and Fixture Draw - Responsible persons from applying teams are required to attend. Those who do not attend the draw will not be able to raise any objections to the draw results.
